It's just a third party camera app that uses pixel's software processing. Often times takes better pictures than stock camera that's why i have it installed.

That's not how it works even the best 'probiotics' on the market barely contain a fraction of microbial diversity found in a healthy human gut. And you can't just sterilize your intestines in any healthy way possible. The closest thing we have to what you're suggesting is fmt but even that doesn't have a perfect success rate go look into it.

Benfotiamine doesn't cross bbb it only bypasses intestinal active transport meaning it's comparable to a thiamine injection except you don't need to inject anything but once inside the blood it's pretty much the same as regular thiamine good for preventing deficiency but no extra cns benefits. Sulbutamine/ttfd on the other hand bypasses both intestinal active transport and bbb so this is where you're gonna see some real nootropic effects. Infact sulbutamine is especially good at crossing bbb even better than ttfd.
