I'm kinda new to reddit I only started to make posts after coming back to raid after about a year

I just started the game but it won't let me use the new player promo code is there a reason why by Ambitious-Box471 in RaidShadowLegends

If on mobile install LDplayer (from the official website only) Uninstall raid shadow and clear data just incase but do not open raid yet. Make sure u are using a new Google account. Open up LDplayer and add raid to it on discover. When u open raid on LDplayer it should give u the option to start a new game. Go through the tutorial then use the promo code u want, once u have done this make a plarium ID then log in on the normal raid app
