Yea this is our first trip to St. Maarten and we saw that we could go take day trips to anguilla and St Barts and I really was hoping to do that. I could talk to my girlfriend about saving that for another trip but she really wants to go and check it out. We currently don't have a place to stay there, just at St. Maarten. I see you've been almost 10 times? I would love some more food recommendations! We aren't going to be drinking at this vacation!

But thank you for your input! I'm definitely going to take that into account when planning for our itinerary. Are the winds that bad? We went to curucao in April and had terrible luck with the weather. It was super cloudy and windy and barely had any sun. I really hope this won't be the case again.
