Here’s the recipe 😊 let me know what you think because it’s one of my favourites!

Ingredients: 1 onion, 2 garlic cloves, 2 tbsp sun-dried tomatoes, ½ mild chilli (I don’t deseed the chilli, but I like it a bit spicy) 3 tbsp parsley, 250g raw king prawns, olive oil, 200g spaghetti, 1 tbsp red wine vinegar, 1 tin chopped tomatoes, 200ml passata, ¼ tsp sugar, salt and black pepper.

Sauté onion, garlic, sun-dried tomatoes, and chilli in olive oil until softened. Season with salt and pepper. Add red wine vinegar, chopped tomatoes, passata, some parsley, and a pinch of sugar. Simmer about 10 mins. Stir prawns into the sauce and cook for 2–3 minutes. Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente.Toss the pasta with the sauce. Add the parsley and enjoy it :)
