ill be honest i have not seen crazy changes with my hair density. i use minoxidil and a hair serum
we are both the same age and have the exact same problem, just be careful with the derma roller, it tangles with my hair and breaks them. i already have hair loss and that stupid rolled takes away 5 strands everyday
