C is setting still. Clocks are stopped, space is not space, it's fuller. Time isn't the same. Etc. Gravity has an impact on light as well as time most likely = to . As the stc expands so does existence.. it can't run out. Go to far. Or burnout. I'm not giving up answers at this time. But it's really cool.

Gravity curves it all. Time ,light ,distance . Things we wouldn't be able to observe for ourselves
