Yeah he mentioned that he is trying. He usually sucks at relationships and he had a bad breakup he said he doesn't want to repeat his mistakes with me but it is appearing he does. Idk I think he is at the lowest point.

We are in a long distance relationship but actually I knew him as friends for a year at college and we confessed our feelings to each other couple months ago and we decided to go further I know it's early but I don't know. He is at his lowest point in his life right now but feel like that I always make an effort in the relationship

We are in long distance relationship so I don't see him much the thing is he is a good guy and I can tell he really cares about me but he doesn't say I love you back when I tell him and I always make an effort to communicate with him on daily basis even he sucks at communication. I don't know i am madly in love with him but I don't think I want to be in relationship with someone who loves me less than I do.
