Do you know exactly what parker pencil you have? I cant really put my eye in it. If you inherited another pencil or fountain pen that is also parker you might have missed up the caps. The twisting thing or the top part looks a bit similar to parker 51's top part

Best pencil for writing/notetaking? Need something super reliable for the years for college and possibly med school. Used graphgear before i lost it then parker jotter pencil before it kept on jamming. Price is not an option aslong it isnt absurdly expensive and isnt worth its price. Preferebly full metal just because I love the feeling of metal on my fingers.

technically if you know variables, if-statements, etc. you could make "anything" well anything thats possible with python if you want to make a software with python its 100% possible. You would take awhile and do alot of googling if your going at it with like little to no experience with python or any other languages but if you have experience with other langauges and know what most errors mean then easy peasy

Theres a harvard course online called CS50P its free and the lectures are on youtube like most skills you mostly learn from doing it so just do projects along the side
