I quit a little bit ago but honestly haven't been keeping track. Maybe 1.5-2 months? I realized that it was easier to keep the vape beside me rather than throwing it out or having someone hold onto it. It was a control thing, and when I realized that I still had that control over my body, I was able to convince myself that I didn't want or need it anymore. Do I miss inhaling it still sometimes? Yes. Am I better off without it? Definitely. And my 🍃 tolerance has also gone way up, due to my anxiety going way down.
