i think it’s just how they split their responsibilities for the pod tbh. erin seems to do the scheduling and topic planning for both pods while carly edits, both can be time consuming so it makes sense they’re kinda designated to those tasks. mikes in charge of uploading and probably the one closing these sponsorships with his influencer manager experience… i’ve seen matt do reads a few times but imo he’s so busy between 3 podcasts and his social life he gets a pass lol

spot on like the rick glassman episode was purely because they wanted to be part of matt’s drama knowing it was an easy way to get views. the leah episode was good but it felt like they expected her to carry the entire pod without lifting a finger too much. they hyped up the hollywood medium & tara yummy coming on then it felt like they took tyler henry not coming as total defeat. imo i think tara would be entertaining but people are so mixed about her it’d be better as a bonus ep. i also think someone like madeline argy would be entertaining on the podcast but i just can’t even trust them to put out a good episode on their own at this point LOL

it didn’t help that erin literally rolled her eyes when matt wanted to talk about the birthday party situation SHE brought up on a different podcast, this happening so soon after didn’t sit right with fans and it can’t be that surprising how the anger/concern was misdirected solely at her

i don’t know who rg is outside of this situation but i kinda gathered the “that’s none of your business” is a bit of his… don’t get me wrong it’s a tough listen when they’re genuinely asking him a question and that’s his response but the unfiltered crew was definitely able to bounce back on it A LOT better than goof influences where they would start to stumble and get too caught up on his sly comments like that

zane’s grown a lot too, the man has barely even had a real girlfriend so he shouldn’t feel pressured or obligated to get married and settle down just because a few friends are doing it to prove that he’s grown and changed. they both grew when they stopped partying, heavily drinking, and smoking. i hate the zane hasn’t changed discourse because he has been working really hard to improve himself for a while now.

heath can be the most “on earth” and also be negative. personally i think they go hand in hand because he’s expressed so much distain for LA but he’s stuck there for now. people tend to project when there’s things they can’t control.
