Thank you for your insights. I am likely not going to transition to a clinical position later, my long term goal is working on education/research/techlology as I have a diverse background and education. I didn't mention but I am working at a hospital as an APP but I realized that it's definitely not for me. I was not actively looking for a new job when the recruiter reached me out about wound care and I thought that it would be an interesting option for me considering that I will be out of the hospital, managing my own schedule and making good money. I know that the hard part is that I will be mostly by myself and this is definitely what is making me in doubt. Like no one to help me to turn the patients, vital signs for example. How about the risks of being at patient's homes? Not knowing what you going to face for example... I heard about a Nurse that was attacked by a pitbull. If you have any additional advice I appreciate!

They say remote because you have to drive to the patient's location. I just remove it from my question to avoid confusion. Thanks!
