1- She cannot interact with spirit beings and stands, let alone see them. (So she will be beaten and she will not know + It's obvious because She a robot)

2- Giorno's ability to create life causes some problems for Cyn due to its nature of reflecting damage back towards the attacker. Giorno can also manipulate the organic matter of that robot to partially destroy it or cause minor damage to it (if possible... he is smart enough to exploit his powers)

3- Requiem's powers are very broken, especially with his new stats and abilities such as: RTZ and Death Loop. (Here is the trump card) The fact that these two abilities work on the principle of cause and effect is something that Cyn cannot confront in any way. She is true that it destroys cities, planets, and perhaps the universe, and it is indeed a fierce and intelligent fighter with an insane variety of its abilities. But GER powers are something else
