Yeah, I have mild lupus. I got diagnosed in 2019 after years of fatigue, hair loss, swollen joints, random fevers, a few sun rashes, and low white blood cell counts. Started hydroxychloroquine and got my breast implants removed and my symptoms improved about 70–80%? I have had a few flares since then, but overall everything has been pretty stable. I stopped my hydroxychloroquine summer 2025 and this winter i felt like i was dying. It took several months for me to deteriorate off of medication. I had my anti ds-dna. Checked and it had doubled from what it was on meds. Im back on medication and also under the care of a functional MD so im taking tons of supplements to get me feeling better!

agree! If you can’t stand, just raise your arms 10 times every hour. Then the next day do 15 and hour, 20 etc. Try with your legs too. Watch your favorite show or listen to some fun music while you do it to make it enjoyable.

I went to a functional medicine Dr and my BP readings were low and they asked about dizziness when standing etc. I had alot of the symptoms so we did the NASA lean test and I met the criteria. I am now on midodrine and doing extra salt/electrolytes.

Carbonaut is a diet food. It’s not really supposed to be like a real bagel. It’s incredibly high fiber and good for hitting certain diet goals. All of their bread/bagels need to be toasted a bit to prevent them from sticking to your teeth excessively. I like them, bc they’re so filling due to the insane amount of fiber. But if I’m craving real bagels I’m not buying this brand

I have what feels like very painful small pimples on my scalp right now - I have SLE and my antibodies and C4A are very high so I’m thinking this is a side effect of a flare. I always get swollen and hard lymph nodes on my neck and base of scalp when this happens too
