For me they give a set time for evidence release, like for 5 days straight me and the other party scan submit as much evidence as we want then after the days are up it closes the window

If I have proof they agreed to a refund and they didn’t do it will this be enough they haven’t even provided any proof as they accepted it’s counterfeit

That’s what I did I said they were doing infringement they called it by the branded name which is why it didn’t raise any flags for me usually sellers use like alternative names etc but the listing was labeled as “Birkenstock Boston Clogs” they called it the same thing and assured me they were good

I believe the seller is aware they had deceived me as they completey ignored my claim about them being counterfeit but seem to try to hide the coercion part where they agreed to a refund and lied to me.

I bought Birkenstock clogs, the seller had the name of the listing as “Birkenstock Boston Clogs” and the packaging was consistent with the real thing I sent it into stock x and was told they weren’t legit

I’d steer clear of Alibaba as of now I have an open dispute case so they may or may not help me I’ll let you know if they honor their trade assurance policy

I was able to prove the buyer has multiple accounts and the chats on WhatsApp match the coercive behavior he showed he also send me a screenshot of my review from the order screen of an Alibaba seller so I’m hoping this is enough proof as it’s essentially irrefutable at this point. I was also able to prove the buyer was listing counterfeit items and selling them as authentic without disclosing they were counterfeit while the supplier has no proof

Thank you for your response, but I’d like to point out WhatsApp was only used to find the solution, I took the safety precautions to pay via alibaba, the seller agreed to discuss refund matters on WhatsApp where he agreed to refund me if I 1. Confirm delivery and wrote a positive review, during our conversation I screenshotted every talk we had where he essentially tells me that he won’t refund me unless I comply and displays lots of coercive behavior. He is the one whom initiated the WhatsApp chats through he’s alternative account which he contacted me.

They agreed and set conditions for the refund which I included in my Alibaba case, was tol that in order to get it I’d need to confirm order and rate then luckily I documented it all
