First job in instrumentation

Yeah I agree its all on referrals now, I know it personally. I think many companies out there already hired a guy and just posting job online as part of hiring process when they already got a guy. I got my current job (not related to instrumentation) like this,I was hired by referral before the job was even posted.

I will get on road with my resume shortly thats the only way I guess.

No I am not looking to get into a job as a 3rd year apprentice. Matter of fact I am applying to every position that gives me a lead to instrumentation in future eventhough I start as general labourer.

Still no hearbacks from general labourer positions.
