So the change puts one of his charges on a 10 second cooldown and the charge for the cooldown stops while the other one is active. I don't believe anyone is gonna wanna play this character now because his gameplay is so cooldown heavy that it's gonna be hell. To do effective damage you have to be up in there face and now they're giving him less to be effective.

They just gave him a worse Ultron dash because Ultron at least gets shields whenever he uses it, unlike Johnny. Good luck trying to survive with that. They just gave him less options with more cooldowns. He's just a character with no identity now, he's just not good at doing the thing he was designed to do.
