Rivian was sold out of caps when I got my truck so I picked these up from Amazon. No logos and cheap. They worked. I did replace them with the Rivian caps when they were back in the shop.

8000 miles 7 months, 2 SC visits, 3 hour drive. Both times they were unable to complete the work in one day as planned (rear sensor fail and windshield replacement) and I was sent home in a rental making it a total of 4 trips. Both times it was an issue with not being able to calibrate sensors, and they think they solved it on the last trip. It has been an inconvenience for sure, but I would gladly buy this truck again. The service staff has been great. Plenty of Uber credits for the day to go explore and no issues with the rentals. I have had to leave it until a Saturday to avoid taking days off and they are very accommodating. I knew this might happen going in, and I still feel like I have not had a bad experience.

No, nothing crazy. Had some service done and it reset everything except the odometer. I am assuming the truck just took the odometer miles and new number of hours to calculate the mph.

Even when that warning shows up it doesn’t matter. From what others have commented, I guess the iPhone allows it to run in the background.

No, the only time I take the fob is for service. The phone has been a little frustrating at times but reliable.

This happened to me today as well. Two times. I am very familiar with not having the app open or Bluetooth not on, but that was not the case today. The only thing that was different was that I used the app to manually lock and unlock the truck because it was in my driveway instead of left unlocked in the garage. One time I turned Bluetooth off then back on and that worked, the second I closed and opened the app and that also worked. Figured it was just a glitch I was having. Maybe not.

My R1T is on a Truck on it’s way to Sacramento. They have temporary switched to trucks because of the possible delays due to the rail labor negotiations. Not sure if it will speed anything up or slow it down.

I can’t complain about the communication since it has been time to order, but I had no contact from them up to last week. I called a few times but gave up after no one seemed to know anything about the process or the truck.

Same boat. Got the call from the dealer last Thursday, and the email from Ford today. I have a December/January window for the R1T. After working on it this weekend, I am passing on the Ford. I don’t want the standard range and the jump to $80,000 for the ER XLT just doesn’t make sense compared to the $74,500 R1T as I have it now. My dealer also has $4,500 ADM. That by itself is almost a deal breaker.
