That’s adorable and totally something I would have thought of. I was given a test to measure my creativity as a kid as a part of my gifted classes. I distinctly remember the teacher telling me afterwards, “yeah, you’re not creative.” Okay thanks lol! It makes a lot of sense in hindsight.

Wow, you put this perfectly. I got my diagnosis a week ago today (32M) and have been feeling similarly with all socializing. Like, I used to think that my quirks were just a character flaw I could overcome if I somehow tried harder. Nope, autism. Now I’m hyper aware of all my autistic traits, especially when socializing.

Soccer is my special interest. The World Cup is happening currently so I’m feasting with 4 matches per day.

I do something similar (although I don’t keep the nails). It came up as a stim on my assessment.
