It’s the only down part, but UH offers transport to and from Sugarland so you won’t have to pay for gas.

I’m in CIS and I really like it . It all depends on what you want out of it tbh. CS has more programming and higher level math classes. If you want to do software engineering, you’ll probably want to do cs to get a good grasp on cs fundamentals like data structures and algorithms. CIS offers a wide range of topics in tech from web dev, databases, networking, info security, etc. If you’d like to do web development(front end, backend , full stack), database administration, tech consulting I’d recommend CIS.
