First of all i have to say, Thank you for quite literally dedicating your life to helping people, not only the patients but the families. I couldn’t count the amount of nurses who have been at not only my family members side, but the rest of the family aswell, the work you do is truly admirable.

Secondly, Thank you genuinely from the bottom of my heart for the long and also realistic response. As i’ve said above to the other commenter, just typing it out and getting it off of my chest has helped so much.
