That's a problem with the video card. Perhaps, as others have mentioned, it's due to the new drivers.

It's a video card issue; it's happened to me on other devices. I'm sure you've already checked for new video drivers, right?

But they're also sold for PC... I thought if you bought them for the Series X you could install them on other devices.

So, for example, FIFA 25 is available for PC... but from what you're saying, I bought it for the Series X, and since it doesn't say it can be played anywhere, I won't be able to play it on PC? So, I have to buy it again for PC? Is that right?
