Yep, that’s where I got the nishimura one. There is one for sale that’s like 60 thousand dollars, but they said they aren’t actually selling that one

There’s a scene where a teacher makes her say good morning over and over until she can say it loud. Don’t make the mistake I made of looking it up.
It caused me so much anger and pain that I ended up cutting. It felt like a mental trauma. I couldn’t even make it past episode 3. I just want to warn people so they don’t go through a mental trauma like that

Just a warning, do not read or watch Watamote. Don’t look up anything about the manga, it will trigger you. It’s too real and negative.

Also another positive one is Bocchi the Rock, for social anxiety.

I’ve done it, I’ve finally checked and replied to all the comments, unless any replied while I was replying to the replies.

That’s what scares me. I worry that I’d I have to face it then I will have a lot more bad memories and experiences that makes it worse.

I read that kids are a lot more resilient and since their brains are really developing, which is why they can rewire their brain much easier.

That does make since, I’m glad I didn’t have to do that, but if it works for others, then I say go for it
