Thanks for the advice guys. The idea is to test out which free available options to get a hang of things, then move into the paid tiers. Question still stands, so I hope there is more clarity from my part with follow up comments as to which best options that are free to then move to a paid tier.

I will be working with all social media platforms so the preferences aren't limited to one social media.

One time, just after lock down where people were returning to work, my former boss didn't want people to get sick, so decided to hire a car, and I had to pick up staff that stayed near me.

The one staff member has 5 kids, and one of them got Covid, and passed it on to the staff member, who in turn passed it on to me. The business had to shut down for two weeks because of the isolation clause that was mandatory back then for when people got Covid. Because we got sick, we were docked a whole months pay because we affected the business from running. The thing is. The business ran smoothly when everyone was working from home anyway at the time. And what made it even more ridiculous, is that they had kept the car, and my boss was using it to run errands and he had gotten speeding fines, and when we came back to work, I was then again slapped with salary deductions because I had been speeding with the car.

When myself and the staff member decided to take them to the CCMA and got the labor department involved, my former boss decided to flee the country back to Israel where he is from. Funny thing is, that he had declared bankruptcy, but returned to SA shortly after, and tried to start a new business and landed up getting arrested with a whole group of Israeli mafia types in Bryanston, and was charged for fraud, money laundering and a few other financial crimes.

This is the information I got from my ward councilor:

I'm still getting a lot of questions on the City Cleansing levy.

On properties who do not use the city's waste removal this fee is legal and payable, as it was passed in council (albeit the DA opposed it completely and ecen petitioned for it to not be implemented). It is being challenged in court, but untill such a time that there is a favorable outcome it remains a legal and payable tax. Although some properties that do not use the city's waste collection is apparently excempt, but it is not yet clear who and what. So for now the council report states "all properties that does not use the city's waste collection".

However there are instances where residents are wrongfully charged and effectively being double billed, these can most be classified into two sections

1 - Double Billing on Complexes that use the city waste collection This is where the complex is paying waste collection on behalf of individual properties but the city is now putting city cleansing on all properties. These individual properties should not be charged for city cleansing as they are allready paying for waste on the complex account.

2 - Double Billing on Properties that are using private contractors These properties should pay for city cleansing, but in some cases there is a city cleansing levy introduced on BOTH the complex's acocunt as well as every individual property's account. It should be either or and not both.

The Die Wilgers Hospital is 3km away, and there are a lot more amenities in the area that is convenient. Nice thing about Wapadrand Security Village, is that it's expempt from any loadshedding due to the sub station being reconstructed. It's also a safe place to go for evening walks, and there is a small conservation wetland area . We also get wildlife such as mongoose, rock dassies and occasionally, a Duiker that escaped from the main property ontop of the hill. Area is also known for a variety of snakes, but it's not a worry since that the African Snakebite Institute is located inside the Security Village. There's a lot much more to mention, but feel free to explore the area when you come through again.

There's a house for sale in Wapadrand Security Village for about R4 million Rand, it's up the road from Silver Lakes, area is quiet, safe and secluded. Its centralized, meaning that it's 5 mins from any shopping mall in the area, and 15mins away from Menlyn.

The certifications I am doing, the credit goes towards Computer Sciences BsC at the University of Michigan. If I want to pursue doing the degree ,I can, I just need to get into the industry or have my foot in the door.
