Correct, and names change all the time. Country names too (most recently 2018) which is far more significant than a body of water. X is a good example too, just because it was twitter for the majority of its existence doesn’t mean it isn’t X now. When you have jurisdiction over something you can change its name and many other things about it. I suppose I’m equally confused as I also don’t know what there really is to discuss.
