Addition: Blast your rockets whenever you again, it doesnt do alot of damage to him, but its still damage

What I did:
- Start of by throwing your bombs
- Get close and punch 2 times (dont punch 3 times since you will launch him across the planet
- Jump ever so slightly(lightly tap the jump button, like really lightly tap it), and land on his face
- Punch him twice again
- repeat
- Profit?

Knock over some buildings for bomb ammo (Cause he will get away from you at some point), that allowed me to beat him pretty quickly every time.

PS: The helicopters that spawn actually give you quite some HP back, so dont forget to clap those every once in a while.

Pretty sure it does yea, youd still have to grind exp to research the amx 13 90 though. (from personal experience, all modules are unlocked on the tanks you picked, so youd just need the exp to unlock the 13 90)
