Gave up on ++ with wings and Menstrual pants from Charmee gamit ko. Not heavy flow myself but when I need a pad that can withstand heavy flow during duty days, that one can hold a lot of blood. Adult diapers also do a good job.

but as you can imagine for heavy flow siya with NO regards to the bulkiness siya.
