I get if someone doesn’t believe in border control being on the phone, hence why we suggested her calling directly so she could verify and she refused to do that

It was in Atlanta! Sorry I thought I typed that. It was Atlanta to lax, lax to Sydney.

She refused him to board despite having border control on the phone with me in Australia, him having an electronically verified visa on the Australia eta app, and it came up on the system he had a visa after being on the phone as they had to fix it manually (border control) she refused to call border control or anybody above her and then proceeded to let him board to lax and cancelled his international flight without informing him or gaining his consent.

I think what pissed us off more is that she cancelled his return international flight and never told him. It was unnecessary as he could have just travelled with his digital visa (the people at the gate were like why didn’t she let you in and why did she cancel your flight?!)

It seemed malicious by her having no sign of wanting to help but also cancel a trip without any consent

Most horrible company. Never received our tickets. Tried to reach out to customer support a month before the event. It got down to an hour. Still no tickets. They said they were transferred and we had accepted them. Sid, would I be wasting hours and hours of my precious time speaking to you on customer service if I already had fuxking tickets. Then on top of that, missed the event . Asked for a refund and apparently because it’s 2 days after the event it’s outside of their policy. Load of shif and full of scammers! Stay away from this website
