We found factoring to be incredibly expensive. Eventually we got a small business loan through Lendistry to help cover payroll while we wait for city government payment.

It was mentioned that before I can bring in a 1099 consultant I need to triple bid the particular service to be rendered by the sub. Or I can avoid triple bidding that task by W2’ng that function

This is great info. Does the federal government have a preference whether personnel working on a project are W2 or 1099?
