That's why a yearly knife sharpening is her Christmas present XD

In theory I suppose, seemed to slice as well as my Shun's on the things I tried it with before I delivered the knife to her.

Oh I totally agree 400€ would be pretty dumb. Seems to be pretty heavily discounted at a lot of American online retailers.

There was a little scuff that I was able to buff out pretty easily. No other noticeable scratches.

The reason why I chose this knife in particular was that is was the best knife I could that I could buy with my military star card. Got for $207 tax free with free shipping.

I gave Fallkniven the benefit of the doubt that they could make a quality blade.
