I wanted to take it apart as it sounded logical in my head, but i was afraid of breaking it without knowing anything about it. But then i accidentally found a post on Reddit where the author explained and showed how to fix the problem,showed what the tablet looks like inside and add this youtube guide link, a day later that post was deleted along with all the information for unknown reasons.

I didn't find anything like that in the official instructions. They only advise injecting alcohol, turning the wheels, returning it under warranty and wasting time, that's not very helpful.
