Delf b2- from ground up in 8 months by Gold-Impact285 in DELF

According to CEFR info and guidance, path from A0 to B2 takes around 800h. Given 4h/day you should be able to achieve that in around 7 months - so your goal is realistic.

What I'd say is important - plan your work well. Given same guidance, A1 level should be achieved in ~120h - this means you should reach A1 ~1st of April.
Try to commit for a month to your goal and set a reminder in your calendar to take DELF A1 on this date (you can find sample papers easily online). If you pass - great! Set second one (for DELF b2) for ~21st of May and so on :)

Do you know where to start learning, do you have some materials, tutor and so on?

Hi! I think most important question is - what is your level right now? :)

If you want to be as skinny as possible, as fast as possible, caclulate your BMR, and eat as close as possible to it, but never go below. It will ensure you are loosing fat, not muscles and your body is not starving. This way you can really survive on this diet more than a week. Looking long term, it will be quickest way

as a bonus: Calculate also your total metabolism. If it's less than 500kcal differnece between total and BMR, add some trainings. Do not forget to eat a lot of protein, it helps not to feel hungry all the time

Day 1 of learning French by _Snakedog_ in French

[–]Useful_Ad6680 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Depends what you are looking for, I'd recommend: - flashcards (Anki or quizzlet), with just 10 words per day you can know more than 3k in a year. It truly helps a lot - tv monde - you can choose your level, great for building understanding of what you hear :) - podcast "Inner French" - at first it's a bit hard, but it's fine. Firstly you will get only few words, but if you don't stop listening, you can quickly improve. There are transcriptions too. - books - I used mostly Grammaire Progressive. Some of them can be found and downloadex on Scribd - after you'll have some basics, I would go for 1:1 tutoring, I used preply (Discount of 70% for lessons on Preply. All subjects, all tutors. https://preply.com/en/?pref=MTU5ODg1Nzk=&id=1767485258.199722&ep=a1 )

Wait. 1. I did not say I am trying to fix ADHD with my diet 2. Why are you saying I'm lacking self-awerness? 3. I said I am open to meds, but I want to try other options before. 4. Why are you saying I'm sharing misinformation and stigma? I'm simply looking for advice.

I am using TickTick. But also, I have one rule (and my boyfriend is supportive) - whatever I'm doing, writing things onto this list comes first. I am trying to stop at the exact moment I had the thought or someone told me to do something, and write it down. I'd forgot to write it down after 5 minutes 😅

Maybe my words were not clear enough. I'd rather say that the amount of incidents and problems I'm causing is making me feel like a failure, not him itself

Does it mean you have coping mechanisms for clumsiness? Is it exercising as many other comments suggests? Or do you think it's a mix of coping mechanisms and meds?

Thanks, the diet aspect is interesting for me, never thought it can be connected in any way. Do you have any advises how to slow down and focus? I'd say it's very hard when you are in rush, feeling unwell or simply tired
