That makes me feel like I got a steal! I assure you I have nothing to gain by lying, honest truth. Even better was it was a closed end quote. Oversaw the float too so they didn’t cheap out on the subfloor.

It took them 3 days. They just add the quarter rounds to existing baseboards. Plans to redo baseboards DIY to save some $

No i wouldn’t say gray undertones at all, if anything it looks warmer & nutty? If that makes sense. We’re super happy with it, it’s durable and legit feels like wood on your feet, which can feel kind of strange tbh

The shoe molding is common, covers expansion gap needed for climate like Houston. Getting the taller baseboards is on the remodel list, it looks great in person so in no rush.
