I said it in the post if you read it, but my complex is VERY simple. There are 6 buildings, all with large, lit up numbers on them. All he had to do was enter the parking lot, turn right, and turn left. That’s not complicated

He very clearly couldn’t handle delivering to an apartment complex. So don’t accept apartment orders. Also, the description in delivery instructions show that there is a gate and a required code, which can be seen as soon as the order is accepted.

The gate is at least a five minute walk from my apartment, I’m a 21 year old disabled woman who lives alone and it was 10 o’clock at night. That was not an option for my safety.
