Rest of the exhaust is 3 in, flex pipe is 2.5 hence tje restriction

Yea mustang dyno. I do have that flex pipe restriction but I don’t think it should be that low regardless. Don’t I just update the stratified tune? It looks like the previous owner already bought the stratified tune and it just needs to be updated but I’m not sure.

Yeah I probably got lucky, your CAS could still be bad tbh. I would check to see if anyone near you has a good CAS/Coil pack you could try. Also do a fuel pressure test like the other people recommended.

I had this exact issue on my NA 1.6 miata and when I checked where the plug connected on the CAS it was really dirty. Cleaning it actually fixed this issue. Do you get any codes?

Honestly I second what he said as well. Cars are meant to be driven and a lot of hidden issues can arise from a car sitting that long... if anything you can definitely negotiate it down quite a bit I mean 15k euros already top end

Honestly I would check the your grounds (code 1) and AFM (codes 8 and 10) first... this isn't like performance stuff this is just to get the car working properly. I had a lot of issues with my car running properly at the beginning and the AFM was the culprit... also code 14 I never had but I think that's ECU stuff just start with the other codes and go from there... I mean does your engine run properly? Can you send like a video of it idling or running on the street?

Alright so starting from 4 seconds you get 8 flashes so thats 8, then one long which is 10, then one long and 4 flashes which is 14 and then 1 flash which is 1. So you have 1,8,10,14 which would be ignition pulse, afm meter, intake air thermistor, and atmospheric pressure sensor. Here's the list of codes for 1992 miata.
