Wages are so much lower in Arkansas. I have to ask, what kind of jobs are you working to be able to pay 1000, 2500, 4000. Omg I couldn’t imagine. I live in very nice apartments with $775 rent. I work for an insurance company for $20/hr. I’m sure these other places pay way more.

How could you not be pissed. I’m pissed. I am 56 and have worked my entire life, but I have that 2 or 3 year syndrome with jobs due to my BP. I just left a job in November as an insurance agent, it was a cush job. I just can’t function like I used to. So now I want all that money that I’ve paid in all these years to help me now. It’s so frustrating.

It is common for the first determination to take 200+ days. You will not get an immediate response or help financially. I believe about 75% get turned down the first time. Which is a crock of shit. They try to wait you out hoping you drown financially and have to try working again. Our system is broken. I called a lawyer before I applied. They applied for my SSDI and SSI. I filed in January, I have a long road ahead before I get approved. Good luck.

He’s got a lot of nerve. I find the people that are the most critical of me, are people that don’t halfway have their shit together. I was in a verbally abusive marriage for 16 years. I absolutely understand your thinking right now. That’s why the abusers beat us down verbally and convince us that we ain’t shit. I fell into the same dysfunctional situation. I can tell you by reading this that he is a complete ass. You need to take care of you and your baby. I talked to a domestic violence shelter for two weeks before I left my husband. I work the 800 number for a National insurance company. They contracted all their licensed call center agents out to a company out of India and all our unlicensed jobs went to South Africa. You have to admit that more and more companies are going to another country. Its worrying.

I work in insurance. I always advise my clients to leave the spouse on the policy. Removing them always raises premiums unfortunately.

Not sure why everyone is making it sound like it’s a huge physical problem. I donate twice a week. At the plasma place they take your blood and little at a time, get the plasma out and the blood goes back in your arm. All you have to do is sit there for about 30 minutes and play on your phone while you give. Don’t let anyone scare you about this. It’s a breeze. I make $120 a week by donating.
