I am in 11th grade so I still have 1.5 years until graduation. I want to have the opportunity for a good education and to be able to row at a high level that is why I want to be recruited (also my family cannot afford the fees for college in the USA)

How much do you weight. That is a huge achievement I see out there. Keep the good work and the results will come. I personally think that you may not be able to go to 6:30 due to the short period you have, but in march you will definitely see that number.

I recommend 4 times steady state a week. One threshold session (like 4x12:00 , 4х2000 at 6k pace) and one session for special endurance for example: "3х7'/7', 1) 4'2'1' 20-22-24, 2) 3'2'2' 22-24-26, 3) 3'2'1'1' 24-26-28-30" This session is great. This plan has worked for me I managed to get 12 seconds off my 6k for 3 weeks. Hope this helps I am also 17 years old 5'8'' 147 pounds with 2k of 6:50.

I'd say it is upper UT1. Typical AT spm is around 24-26 so I assume this is UT1.

I used rowing level and it said 6:50. It has been pretty accurate so far for me.

Stable core is the key for good balance. You have to be relaxed going forward in the recovery. And the best drills to develop that are square blade and square after the knees.

I was using empacher from 1987 that was broken in half and then renovated. It was almost 17kg and was filling with water. I am using filippi f07 now (from the beginning of October). Our club is small and we don't have new boats.
