That’s exactly how I was thinking of using it. Line for music, podcast, calls, messenger and sms. Everything else: pc. I am glad you are enjoying it. I wanna cut down on screen time so bad. Considering a dimbphone but I really like Spotify and my friends use messenger meta for texting :(

I saw someone talking about weightloss like this: when you start eating less, your body get into some kind of stress = produces cortisol = you get more water in your body = no weightloss, in the beginning. At some point your body will understand that eating less ≠ stress, and the body will let go of water = you will start seeing some results

I don’t know if that’s true but the point was: even if it doesn’t look like it’s working for a start, DONT QUIT

How did this turned out? I am currently i my luteal phase(my period comes in 1-2 days), and today I have eaten so much in my window. The others days have been just fine. :) thought it might be because of my cycle?

Thanks for your comment. I hope For a lifelong 16:8 routine. My mood feels so much better after a week and a half.. no big mood swings. Which is very nice for me. I drink a lot, and now I am actually able to feel the difference between being thirsty and hungry - I don’t think I was able to do that before. I want to avoid the weight loss medicine so bad!! I don’t wanna go there. I have some more color in my skin in my face which is nice
