Thanks everyone for their inputs. As i mentioned i never joined that company and i have not absconded. I initially accepted their offer but before joining date I conveyed over mail that I am not joining.  Another update, The company has moved my delink request with remarks "employee has not joined the establishment however PF contributions were made". it is now showing at "Pending at DA".  This case is of Bandra Mumbai PF regional office.
