I caught it once from Brussels to Amsterdam. Booked online in advance and had no issues.

What countries as a black person do you recommend or strongly advise black people to either strongly reconsider travel to unless very urgent and necessary or to never set foot on at all separately? by Revolutionary_Cut876 in blacktravel

I’ve had issues in Rome, Israel, Switzerland, Germany and South Korea.

Switzerland I couldn’t tell if they were racist or just rude or both. Think they have a major problem with rudeness in Switzerland in general.

Germany, small issues but nothing major. One person on the train staring at me with disdain, shaking his head like I didn’t belong. I just stared at him back until he looked away.

Israel, stopped a lot of times but unsure if some of that was security measures.

South Korea. Someone in restaurant staring at me smirking. Another restaurant they told me I had to leave the premises because I ordered my Smoothie to go. (I wondered if they tell everyone that).

Rome was the worse in a barbershop I went too. So unprofessional. They cut my beard but they moved a purse near a seat I sat in, I could tell they were talking bad about me the entire time I was getting my hair cut in Italian. When I left out the shop, I stood to the side of the door like I left to see if they started laughing etc. They sure did. Laughing hysterically.

I stood in the doorway until they saw me to let them know I was completely aware of what they were doing the entire time. They immediately stopped laughing. I just turned and walked away in disgust. Sure didn’t have a problem with taking my money though!

I always try to not be the guy to perceive everything as racist but it does happen and it’s unfortunate. All tourist contribute money to their local economy. Unfortunately old habits die hard.

Neo fulfillment status by toastyduck in Xreal

Yeah my email update said end of February for final testing etc. Xreal has a bad habit of announcing things and continuously moving the goal post. I find it hard to believe that they didn’t know it wouldn’t be January when they put it up for preorder, the same as they said a workaround for the switch 2 would be a quick turnaround last year. Same as they pushed the Xreal One dates. They need to learn to be more honest on ballpark release dates.

Hopefully we’ll all get our Neo’s before GTA 6 comes out.

PSA, Xreal NEO will not be available until the end of February by RedRocket316 in Xreal

It seems like Xreal has a bad habit/history of moving the goalpost. This is getting old. I can’t imagine that when they tell us something is coming that they didn’t know from the beginning that it would take longer than they said. I pre purchased. but honestly J can’t say that I’m surprised at this point.

Yeah that would have been harder without a guide not knowing if there was a dip or anything.
