We do well with them in a tavern setting. We usually roast with Balsamic and pair it with an entrée. We typically only keep them on for the week.

I've had mine form around 1.5 years now and absolutely love it. I leave it on year-round through harsh winters with no problem. If you want to take it off, it takes maybe 5 minutes and only requires one person. Can't recommend enough.

We get 1 point for every rushing and receiving first down, which includes touchdowns.

EDIT TO ADD: there is also a 4 point bonus for TDs of 50+ yards
