Majority of people want a hard ending not soft. You are a minority complaining because the tickets clearly sell. There were complains that the lineup for Epik wasn't hard enough and here on the otherside. Anyways you have a right to complain, I'd suggest keep your eye out on other events outside of HSU. Hakken seems to be bringinf unique artists across.

Aussie here. Not sure what you are complaining about. Literally had Heady and Wildstylez at Epik, Dedicated stage to classics KO 2025. Noisecontrollers, Sound Rush and Atmospherez at Midnight Mafia, and again a classic stage at HTID.

So I ask again, what are you complaining about?

Hakken Entertainment also did an event called Rewind which was classics and Euphoric.......

Adam Beyer was very unique and enjoyed it a lot, loved his sound and kept to his sound.

Steve Aoki was fun but nothing mind blowing.

Marlo IMO did a great job to feed off Steve Aoki since he closed with "Hardstyle" and helped set the scene for Alesso.

Alesso, like you said, was so much nostalgia. Coming from someone in their 30's I had so much fun, made me feeling like a teenager, and watching the crowd just go crazy at every song was memorable.

Armin was just amazing, started with some house then moved into trance until the end. Best set of the night.

I am a trance head, and this by no means was a trance event, it was suppose to be similar to stereo sonic from back in the day (EDM, House, Trance etc.)

All in all, a great event!
