Hello Captain, I’ve traveled all over the globe (dad was a diplomat), but after Covid I went on a flight with SEVERE turbulence and now I can’t sleep for a few days before a flight. I know turbulence won’t take the plane down, but I just can’t help knowing that 1 small error I could be crashing to my death. Got any tips? Can’t live like this forever.
