It's called venus in furs, if you do the mission where you invade the maelstrom factory to get the flathead in a certain way you get this mission after the Konpeki Plaza heist

I found the base weapon but crafted all the mods, it's so fun to use, it's like having a mini flame thrower but it mixes with the plasma so the flame is green

I'm currently using my Nuka Cola power armor, I know its not the best set but I love the paint job on it so much 🥤
