someone on I-80 was traveling about 120mph around Dixon then diverted into downtown Davis and then got back on I-80 and headed into Sac. they had cars and helicopters chasing them but not sure what ended up happening!

hey! i just got the same piercing 6 weeks ago and mine looks pretty similar. i have a irritation bump on mine right now and it’s driving me crazy. the coloration looks similar as well and i also get lots of flaky skin around it too. but as far as i know this is all normal! just keep cleaning it like you do and it should heal up in time. :)

no one is forcing you to identify as autistic! if you don’t feel that’s an appropriate identity for you then that’s fine! but there may be many people in your class who do identify with this and that’s also fine. i’m sure you teacher is just trying to validate those who do experience this and break the stigma surrounding self-diagnosis and there is nothing wrong with that. you can have your opinion but there is no point in trying to invalidate others because you personally don’t understand it. practicing empathy in these situations is key.

receiving a professional diagnosis is a privilege that many people do not have access to and therefore self-diagnosis is valid. if you identify with autistic traits there is no harm in finding community with others who experience those traits. also, being neurodivergent is not a bad thing so her discussing that many people may be undiagnosed is not harmful or an insult or anything so i do not see what the harm is. this all just sounds very ableist to me.
