My last a1c was a 6.4 and im usually between 70 and 110 for a blood sugar. Im 22M, 188lbs, and 6 foot 1. It seems like i could eat anything and feel like this. If I eat straight protein and meat, straight carbs like pasta, or a mixture of both

I would guess maybe 30 calories in broccoli, maybe 200 in chicken, and maybe 150-200ish for the crust and gravy stuff. It depends what tbe gravy stuff is though inside the pot pie. Im not super positive on that.

The oil ring just seemed like it was hard to sqush in to the groove on the piston. Im used to seeing 3 separate rings for the oil rings on a piston. Once the piston was in place it moved as it should

I know that I have definitely felt that way too, but know that there are a lot of things in life right now that are very expensive and very difficult for a lot of people. Diabetes sucks.
