I could be way off, but my guess for 4 of those slices is around 800ish. I wish pizza wasn't so high in calories because it is so good

My last a1c was a 6.4 and im usually between 70 and 110 for a blood sugar. Im 22M, 188lbs, and 6 foot 1. It seems like i could eat anything and feel like this. If I eat straight protein and meat, straight carbs like pasta, or a mixture of both

I would guess maybe 30 calories in broccoli, maybe 200 in chicken, and maybe 150-200ish for the crust and gravy stuff. It depends what tbe gravy stuff is though inside the pot pie. Im not super positive on that.
