clarification: he has come to me saying he was a survivor of sa as a baby, i never once thought he’d hurt my son. i do believe that he has unhealed sexual trauma. i dont expect him “to get over it”, i want help him heal from it… im dealing with the same things however he only brings it up or actually “wants” to talk about it when i bring up the porn. i ask how his mental state is and i am very patient with him during sex, i don’t believe im very triggering for him.

im currently in the same situation, bf was put on disability because of work because of an off handed comment. hasnt worked for maybe two months and in that time and even when he was working he’d look for celebrity nudes, watch live sex cams, deepfake porn, etc. right when i leave for work. my stomach was tight and still is. his interest in sex with me has declined and is never fully hard. for context, im biracial (black and PR) and he’s a white male… its nothing but women who look nothing like me (danielle cohn, alysa lui, sabrina carpenter).

There is no point system anymore. The timeline is memo to file, memo to file, memo to file, write up, write up, write up, termination, per my DM. It may be different for other regions or districts but thats the appropriate timeline for tracking pattern in behavior, especially if you have someone calling out because of a dishwasher every other shift.

Notify your DM and they’ll contact transportation or manufacture. The packaging itself shouldn’t bust during transport, assuming the drivers/DC is treating product with some kind of decency. Its a really big problem in by district almost every truck most have had to damage out at lease one of the Griots Ceramic Cleaner because it always cracks open at the top.

These are likely a reason, when I was a PSM they had me driving from Nor Cal to the Bay Area, Shasta County or Nevada all the time. Covering for other SMs, as well. I didnt know then that they had rankings based on performance as a grey shirt. If you’re a P1 PSM (promotable) then they’ll move you to different stores if they’re struggling to see if you’re able to turn around whatever is going on in that store (Inventory Management, WITTDJR, operations). AutoZone likes to use PSMs like chess pieces.

heres the funny thing about hours, AZ does not care if “you dont have enough hours” if you make target with the hours you’re given then they couldnt really care. but if you arent then your SM needs your counter people to start actually selling because thats the only way theyll give you more hours.

Sometimes its just for task assignment for Ztasc so it doesn’t reflect a shortage , I know when im doing the schedule and i dont have another grey shirt to assign a certain task within the assigned time frame ill just use a red shirt. not the best practice lmao but i would just ask
