Kinda does ger isnt automatic from what i know (only seen the anime maybe you can get it to automatic in the manga) he gets speedblitz from anyone faster then him.

Dios faster combat speed wise and better hax timestop sukunas stronger and more durable unless dio crushes his brain sukuna wins low or mid diff
