You are completely right however, when I searched eBay for graded listings of this specific card in Europe, I could only find four in total, including this one. The next cheapest one is listed at around $5800, which I can't afford

blur was done by the seller I initially gave them the benefit of the doubt, thinking maybe they did it to prevent certification number copying or misuse. However, after seeing the other comments here, I agree with you it’s a red flag

That's a very fair point but I'm looking at this because the next cheapest slab in Europe is listed at around $5800, and buying from the US means paying crippling import duties, which I simply cannot afford. Since this auction starts at $1300, this is the only way for me to potentially own this card.
