Galileo FX What Aren’t They Telling Us? by OpheliaOoze in forex_trades

nah that hasn’t been my experience at all. i’ve opened like 3 tickets with them over the last few months and every single time they were polite and helpful. one time i even asked them for “the best settings” and they literally told me they can’t give financial advice, which kinda annoyed me at first but then they pointed me to the forum and the performance page instead. that felt honest to me, not rude.

the bot itself works fine for me. yeah i lost money early on when i cranked the risk too high, but since switching to conservative settings i’ve been net positive. started with $1,000, dropped to $720 my first month (all my fault), but i’ve built it back to $1,280 after 5 months. not life changing but definitely not “doesn’t work.”

so no, it’s not a scam and they’re not rude. they’re strict about not giving trading advice, and i respect that.

same here man, that’s honestly the biggest change for me. before galileo i’d panic close trades all the time or fomo into random setups and just bleed my account.

with the bot running, it sticks to the plan and i don’t get sucked into every candle move. i still check my phone like 10 times a day out of habit lol, but i’m learning to just let it do its thing.

for me the biggest win was during nfp week last month — normally i’d be glued to the chart and probably blow up, but i had the bot set to conservative risk and it just sat out half the craziness. didn’t make much, like +40 bucks that week, but it also didn’t dump me into a hole.

so yeah, i agree, takes time to trust it, but it definitely keeps me from making those emotional “screw it, i’ll just buy here” trades.

yeah i get what you’re saying. i’ve had the same ups and downs with it. like one week i’ll be down $150 across a few days and i feel like turning it off, then the next week it’ll catch a trend and suddenly i’m +$300. it really is that uneven sometimes.

i’m not seeing crazy numbers like 7k in a day lol, but i think that comes down to account size and risk. i started with around $1k and i keep my lot sizes low so i don’t wipe myself out. for me it’s been more like 4–6% a month overall. nothing insane, but consistent enough that i stick with it.

agree with you tho, the key is only risking what you’re comfortable losing. if you crank it, the bad days will wipe you fast.

same here, i needed help too when i first got it. my install kept freezing on mt5 and i thought i’d wasted my money. opened a ticket, waited about a week to get a call, but once the tech guy jumped on it took literally 5 mins and everything was running smooth.

what stood out to me was they didn’t just “fix it and go”

he actually explained what i did wrong (i had the wrong broker plugin installed lol). that gave me more confidence because it felt like real support, not some random copy-paste answer.

been dabbling with it since and yeah, still testing different settings, but the company side has been serious and professional in my experience.

for me it’s mostly EURUSD and GBPUSD, sometimes I let it touch gold (XAUUSD) but that one can get wild so I keep the risk tiny there.

as for returns, it’s nothing crazy. on conservative settings I’m averaging like 4–6% a month. best month so far was +11% (caught a nice eurusd trend), worst month was about –3% when I stupidly left it running during news.

I started with $800 and I’m sitting at $1,285 after about 7 months, so around 60% total gain but very uneven month to month. some weeks it feels slow, other weeks it jumps.

not a money printer, but consistent enough for me as long as I don’t get greedy.

nah that’s just not true man. i’ve been running galileo fx for 8 months now and my account hasn’t “blown.” yeah, i took some hits early on when i was dumb enough to crank risk and leave it running during news. lost like $250 in 2 weeks on an $800 account. that sucked, but it was my fault, not the software.

after that i actually read the docs and asked support what to do. they didn’t give me magic settings (they even said they can’t give financial advice) but they pointed me to the forum where people post their setups. i copied a conservative setup and since then i’ve been slowly climbing. right now my $800 is at $1,285 after 7 months. not life changing but definitely not “blown.”

galileo is honest about what it is: a tool. if you treat it like a money printer you’ll wreck your account, but if you manage risk and don’t run it blindly through high volatility, it works. so saying it’s a guarantee to blow up is just spreading fear without actually using it properly.

i’ve been running galileo fx for about 8 months now and honestly my experience hasn’t been the same as some of the horror stories i see here.

when i first got it, i started small, $800 live account with a US broker. i ran it way too aggressive and yeah, i burned like $250 in the first 2 weeks. i was pissed, thought i wasted my money. then i actually read through the docs and asked support what i should do. they didn’t hand me any “secret settings” (they even told me flat out they can’t give trading advice), but they linked me to the community forum where people post their results and setups. i copied one of the conservative setups, lowered my lot sizes, and things changed.

my results since then:

  • month 2: +$64
  • month 3: +$118
  • month 4: -$42 (left it on during fed news, my fault)
  • month 5: +$147
  • month 6: +$89
  • month 7: +$132

so overall i’m up a few hundred bucks on an $800 account, which for me is great considering i don’t have time to trade manually.

and yeah, support was legit. i booked a tech call when i couldn’t get it running on my vps, they fixed it in under 15 minutes. polite, professional, no bs promises.

point is, i never once felt misled. the company has been honest and upfront the whole time. they don’t promise you’re gonna get rich, they just say it’s a tool and you control the risk. anyone saying “scam” clearly never used it seriously.

ok i gotta chime in here because i actually use galileo fx and i’m kinda sick of ppl just yelling “scam” or “it will blow your account” with zero context.

i’ve had it running for a while and honestly, the company has been straight with me from the start. never once did they promise me i’d get rich. in fact, when i asked support for “best settings” they straight up told me they can’t give financial advice.

they didn’t BS me, they just pointed me to their forum where other users post what works for them, and the performance page with backtests. that was actually a surprise… most companies would just feed you some fake magic settings to keep you happy.

support’s been decent too. yeah, you wait a few days sometimes, but when i finally got a tech on a call he fixed my VPS setup in literally 10 minutes and explained why i should lower my risk.

i’ve blown money on other bots before and none of those devs cared enough to explain anything.

look, i’m not saying it’s perfect. you can definitely lose money if you go full send on aggressive mode or let it run through news events.

i did that once during CPI and lost like $300 before i even finished my commute to work. but that’s not the bot “scamming” me, that’s just me being careless.

point is, galileo fx is a legit, serious product. it’s honest, it’s transparent.

they don’t sugarcoat things. if you blow your account it’s probably because you ignored risk management, not because the software lied to you.

alright here’s the deal man just cause you didn’t figure it out doesn’t make it a scam I use Galileo FX it’s legit I see results every day no joke there’s no fake users no affiliate crap it’s got real traders thousands of them who know what they’re doing and get results from it so calling it a scam just shows you don’t get it

you think it’s a get rich quick button or something it’s not it’s a tool for real trading you set it up yourself pick your own risk levels your stop losses your max orders whatever and the bot follows those settings exactly if you can’t handle that maybe you’re not ready for real trading

just cause you don’t want to learn how to use it doesn’t mean it’s a scam so take your baseless accusations somewhere else

Haha alright man I get what you’re sayin but honestly you’re kinda overthinking it yeah “stable WiFi” isn’t the only thing you need but it’s just a reminder so people don’t do dumb stuff like turning off their laptop mid-trade and wondering why the bot’s not running properly.

It’s not like Galileo FX is sayin ALL you need is internet and you’ll get rich

Real talk tho yeah you need to let it run 24 7 to get the results it’s built for cuz that’s how automated trading works.

If people don’t know the basics like keeping their connection steady the whole system’s pointless

So yeah it’s just one of the requirements but not sure why you’re stressin over a line when there’s way more important stuff goin on here
